Cookie Policy

Needed for the dashboard to work

The dashboard itself does not set cookies. It keeps these items in your browser’s local storage, and cannot work without them:

• accessToken, refreshToken and user: keep you signed in.
• theme: remembers light or dark mode.
• dashboard-layout-v2: remembers how you arranged your dashboard widgets.
• viewedAlerts: remembers which alerts you have already seen.
• fc_consent (a cookie, on both sites): remembers your cookie choice for 6 months, so we do not ask on every visit.

Analytics

These load only if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. If you choose "Necessary only", they are never loaded. Blocking them does not affect how the dashboard works.

• Microsoft Clarity, on both sites, sets cookies such as _clck and _clsk to understand how pages are used, including session recordings of clicks and scrolling.
• Google Analytics, on www.firmcraft.in, sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to count visits and see which pages are used.

Payments

When you pay for a plan, Razorpay’s checkout sets its own cookies to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. These are governed by Razorpay’s privacy policy.

Controlling cookies

You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of either site. Withdrawing consent deletes the analytics cookies.

You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Clearing local storage for dashboard.firmcraft.in signs you out and resets your saved layout and theme.
